Refund policy

Exchange Only in Case of Damaged Product

We offer exchange only if the product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product must be shared (no cuts or edits)

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including packaging and tags

Important Notes:

  • A ₹299 replacement and convenience charge will be applicable for all approved exchanges.

  • Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality team

  • Only manufacturing or transit damage is covered; minor variations in color, finish, or design are not considered damage

  • Once approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped (no upgrades or changes)

  • One-time exchange only per order
